Takedown Notice


If you are concerned that material published on MLC Collections: 

  • has been published without permissions; 

  • is defamatory; 

  • is in breach of copyright, moral rights, privacy or other laws; and/or 

  • should be removed from this website for any other reason, 

Please email the Archivist at archives@mlc.vic.edu.au to request that the material be reviewed and, if appropriate, be removed from public view.  
 
Your request should include your contact details, a description or links to the materials in question, and the reason for the request. 
 
MLC will acknowledge takedown requests and will assess and attempt to resolve them to the satisfaction of both parties as quickly as possible. If such a resolution is not possible, MLC reserves the right to make the final decision.
